The program has created closing law office guides which outline the steps a lawyer must take to protect his or her clients in the event of a sudden inability to continue in practice.

The 2024 Georgia Solo and Small Firm Conference will be held on Sept. 26-27 at the State Bar of Georgia Conference Center in Atlanta. This event, themed “The Innovating Lawyer: Pioneering Strategies for Success,” offers 12 CLE Credits and covers key topics like legal tech, AI, financial wellness and marketing strategies.
